Switzerland the Italian Way
Six days in this enchanted canton, with a wonderful climate and the good spirit of its people. Many great meals, from simple ones in a grotto (the traditional inns), to five courses of fish near the lake. One day we go to market with a local chef, to buy ingredients for the dinner cooked under his direction while drinking a good glass of wine. A few easy walks to get an appetite or digest, some museums for our culture and a local artist for his views of the world. Even a store or two, for some gifts to take back home.
